· Lilly Wave was developed by Dr John C Lilly during his time at the US National Institutes of health (NIH). In the course of his work, Lilly discovered that a certain form of wavelength could manipulate the water molecules within a subject’s brain which could essentially change the way that they think and feel. In any event, Lilly Wave mind control technology is more advanced beyond what we have been told and it is not talked about it enough.

The Lilly Wave frequency is a secret military application, it is known as the “madness” frequency and might be behind certain riots that have happened, as well as mass mind control. Also, HAARP, GWEN, WI-FI, Cell Phone towers can all carry the Lily Wave. The agenda is to attack the pineal gland with Aluminum, Glyphosate, Fluoride & Wi-Fi (5G) . 1. Aluminum is in certain foods, food wrappings, aluminum foil, and from chemtrails aka geoengineering which is sprayed from airplanes.

2. Glyphosate (Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide) is a weed killer that is sprayed on crops such as wheat, oats, beans, and other crops right before harvest. Glyphosate binds with aluminum, so it helps with attacking the pineal gland. Glyphosate has many other side effects like the following: it is carcinogenic (known to cause cancer), an endocrine disruptor, kills beneficial gut bacteria, damages the DNA in human embryonic, placental, and umbilical cord cells, linked to birth defects and reproductive problems in laboratory animals. Since Glyphosate has all those harmful side effects why are they still using it? Apparently, Glyphosate is mainly used to speed up the wheat harvest, but it has not been banned yet.

3. Fluoride is added to drinking water in many places throughout the world and it is also added to some toothpaste brands.

4. Wi-Fi (5G) is wireless internet which is in many homes, office buildings, and public places.

· Chemtrails aka Geoengineering is for mind control, and it has many dangerous chemicals such as aluminum which is bad for our health among other things. Ronald Regan had a hand in that during his presidency. That is not all, Ronald Reagan's policies are still killing folks today with his 1986 childhood vaccination bill. Plus, he gave his approval for Donald Rumsfeld to add the Aspartame artificial sugar into foods and drinks which is a slow killing poison that has killed millions of people.

· ‘The Voice of God’ was exposed by Dr Robert Duncan, formerly of the CIA. He claimed that the US Army used a sinister mind control technology during the Iraq War which bears the name ‘The Voice of God’. According to Duncan, the technology piped voices into the brains of enemy combatants and urged or commanded them to drop their weapons and surrender to the Americans.

Freemasons use the MK Ultra Programming, Delta, Epsilon, military based programming which the satanist and Mormons tend to use Beta Kitten programming.

Mind controlled individuals are seen as file cabinets, with say 3 drawers and with each drawer having many files. Each drawer’s key is a demonic spirit guarding it.

Files are memories mostly with traumatic experiences, each file is guarded by a spirit, usually lower-level spirit. All the spirits and demons need to be accessed to get to the files, and individuals relive the traumatic memories when they access the file.

If an individual is not in line, or fighting the “company”, then the system considers them broken. It is seen that there is not a correct connection between a person and the spirit, that a child’s gifts are not lining up with spirits. The system will get them into fake counselling to ensure programming is continued or sometimes reprogrammed. This means higher level demons will be put in control of them or put fake memories in with different spirits in charge.

General higher level demons tear people apart mentally in 10 – 15 years. Other lower levels of demons are more likely to come in or out of people at will.

OTTAWA — The federal government will pay $100,000 each to victims of brainwashing experiments funded by Canada and the CIA between 1950 and 1965, Justice Minister Kim Campbell announced Tuesday. Ottawa is paying the money to avoid legal claims by victims, or the experiments carried out by Dr. Ewen Cameron at Montreal’s Allan Memorial Institute. As many as 80 people were Involved, but It’s not clear how many are still alive and eligible for the payments. Campbell said the government still does not admit any legal liability or responsibility but is paying the money on compassionate and humanitarian grounds. But Linda Macdonald, a Vancouver woman who launched the court case that forced the settlement, said she considers the payments an admission of responsibility and a symbolic apology.

My biggest concern has always been that the federal government acknowledges its responsibility in funding the experiments, so that we can hope that such abuse of patients’ rights will never happen again in this country. Macdonald, now 55, underwent “de-patterning” at Allan Memorial in 1903. As a mother of five children under four years old, she was sent to the Institute suffering from fatigue and depression. She was treated as a schizophrenic, though never diagnosed as such. She was heavily drugged, kept asleep for 86 days, given over 100 electroshock treatments. She emerged five days later, barely able to function. She couldn’t read or write, use a toilet, drive a car, cook a meal or make a bed. She didn’t remember her husband, children or the first 26 years of her life.” I accept the government’s symbolic apology through compensation, but no amount of money can compensate me for the loss of memory and the enormous difficulties my family and I have suffered”.

McDonald said in a statement. She was in Los Angeles on Tuesday talking to film producers about her story. Former patients at the Allan Memorial have sought compensation from both the Canadian and U.S. government for years. The US. Central Intelligence Agency, wanting to learn more about brainwashing and psycho-logical de-programming, covertly gave $85,000 to Cameron between 1957 and 1962. Canada, as part of a national program of health care grants, gave about $70,000 between 1950 and 1954 and again between 1961 and 1964. The experiments ended in 1965. Canadian officials later said they didn’t know of the CIA funding. In 1988, the U.S. Justice Department reached an out-of-court settlement that gave about $100,000 to each of nine Canadians treated under Cameron’s CIA-funded experiments. The Canadian government helped pay legal bills for those Canadians who sued the United States but balked at paying Its own compensation. Why do They Target the Frontal Lobe of the Brain?

The mind controllers target the brain’s frontal lobe of the victim because it has many important functions. The things that are particularly bad for the frontal lobe are beatings on the front of the head. A good example of that would be Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) which includes horrific practices of tortures, beatings and many other things.

The frontal lobe is located at the front of the brain, it plays a pivotal role in decision-making, problem-solving, impulse control, motor function, speech production, and personality expression. It is one of the most important areas of the brain. Damage to the frontal lobe can affect abilities related to these functions, impacting behavior, emotions, and cognitive processes. As the frontal lobes are situated at the front of the brain, this makes them more susceptible to damage. This area is the most common for traumatic brain injuries, with damage to this region causing a variety of symptoms.
